YOGA & DANCE FOR SENIORS

**NEW PROGRAM**

For seniors ages 65+

DANCE

Participants will engage in slow and simple dance moves to help improve balance, coordination, ability to focus and general wellness. 

YOGA

Participants will engage in light stretching, elements of yoga with the focus on improving strength, balance and mobility to prevent falls and injuries.
